$30/hr. Don’t want to meet at your home or have a location preference? For an additional fee, Katie can do your makeup service at Cobalt Studios, located in SE Portland.
Makeup Lessons
$150 for a 2 hour one on one lesson on any makeup technique(s) of your choosing
