Let me introduce myself! My name is Katie (she/her/they/them) and i’m a makeup artist and esthetician based in Vancouver, WA. I’m duo licensed in both Oregon and Washington. Makeup is my main passion and I can do just about anything from full glam to special effects. I also have a strong passion as an esthetician. Helping my clients feel like their best self is what drives me. I take pride in being a safe person for people from all walks of life to come to for their self care and beauty needs. I like to think of myself as a do it all type person and because of that I am constantly seeking out further education to learn new skills and how to better service my clients. My Story
In 2016 I moved from my small hometown in Northern Wisconsin to Oregon to attend college. That year is when I decided that I wanted to pursue makeup as my career. At first I was only focused on special effects makeup artistry until I had the opportunity to interview a well known Hollywood makeup artist for a college assignment. During that interview I was given a piece of advice that then shaped the rest of my career. I was advised to learn anything and everything I could in the industry I wanted to be in. I then started focusing on not only special effects makeup but beauty as well. From then on I have always pushed myself to learn as much as I can to broaden my skillsets.
Over the years I have had the pleasure to connect and collaborate with so many different talented artists. Due to this I have gained much experience doing photoshoots and creative projects of all types. My work has been published in multiple magazines as well. I have many years of experience working as a MUA in haunted house attractions which has left me well experienced in airbrush makeup and costume customization/design. I also have experience doing makeup for weddings, both for soon to be wed individuals and their wedding parties. I am skilled in applying and painting both foam latex and silicone prosthetics, body painting, stage makeup, event face painting/airbrushing, editorial makeup, giving makeup lessons, and all different types of beauty makeup from natural camera ready to full glam makeup.

In 2022 I attended NW College School of Beauty to obtain a beginning education in esthetics. I quickly fell in love with the feeling of caring for my clients. That year I also sought out the education to become a certified eyelash extensions tech and began doing lash extensions on friends and family to hone in on my skill. In January 2023 I obtained my Oregon Esthetics License and in 2024 I was able to obtain my Washington Esthetics License. I enjoy doing everything from facials, waxing, specialized skin treatments, and lash and brow services. Nothing brings me more joy than when a client makes a comment about how relaxed they feel during their service or how great they feel afterwards.
